This week we celebrated out nation’s independence. It was great to see the fireworks, to celebrate with a BBQ, to remind ourselves what a great country we live in.  Our founding fathers gave us this heritance but at what cost? The revolutionary war was fought without the technology we know today. It was fought against all odds. The British Empire far exceeded all military might we may have possessed. So how did the United States of America come to being? Perseverance, cooperation, and faith in each other, that’s how.  Today we are at a most critical crossroad.  For too many years we have allowed, or maybe the better word is ignored, that the privileged, the 1%, “trickle” down what they deemed appropriate to main stream America. Why?

Now really… think why?

This is our country! We made it what it is! We are at fault at what it has become!  And we can make it right!

Who does Mitt Romney represent?  Not me. Is it you? Maybe if you have secret bank accounts in the Caymans or some other exotic place. Who does Mitt Romney represent if he doesn’t represent you?

Keep this in mind when you vote this Fall.
